Founded in 2016, by TISS Alumni, Even Cargo-India's first only women e-commerce logistics delivery company, envisions to create equal livelihood opportunity for every woman in Logistics. Even Cargo is fighting gender discrimination by unleashing opportunities for women in professions that have erstwhile been male-dominated. We recruit and train women from marginalized communities to provide them with a chance at real economic independence, e-commerce companies like Amazon, Flipkart,, etc. for the trained female workforce and the large pool of untapped women potential in low-income communities. Essentially, our goal is to increase female participation in India’s workforce while also making public spaces in India safer for women. 

We currently operational in  Delhi and Nagpur, and are about to run experimental training programs in various cities, India.

We are currently looking for Operations Manager-Delhi and Team Lead-Nagpur to join our team, build and manage new programs as well as expand the reach of our existing programs. The role is based out of locations, particularly mentioned above, however with an opportunity to travel across India, as well.,if required.
