Looking for an Associate Director - Program Implementation

Samhita is looking for an Associate Director - Program Implementation to be based out of its Mumbai office. Anyone interested can share their resume on careers@samhita.org

Brief profile:

1. Lead the strategic alignment, direction and implementation of various projects and programs across regions. Build and implement the operational road-map in alignment with the 3-year strategic plan.
2. Bring together multiple stakeholders, especially the government, companies, implementation partners and international aid agencies.
3. Lead the development, adaptation, testing and mainstreaming of best/good practices in needs assessment, project design, implementation, monitoring & evaluation, and research.
4. Work with the program implementation team to make sure every project is implemented (and developed) has a Log Frame or Results Framework.
5. Ensure optimal coordination and collaboration of team members with relevant teams and contribution to relevant organizational initiatives.
