We are an experiential learning company based in Pune and host students from universities in the United States, Canada, Australia, etc. in South and Southeast Asia.
For the past 6 years, we have partnered with Ivey Business School - among Canada’s leading business schools, to place their Masters in International Management students in organizations in Pune and Bangalore. Some student projects in the past years were in the fields of manufacturing, finance, online security, hospitality, and healthcare, and there is scope to expand.
Are you a part of an organization that can facilitate an 8 week-long internship, and harness young potential?
The internships will be at NO COST to your organization, as the university covers the students’ boarding, lodging, and local transport costs, and students pay for their own flight tickets.
As an organization, you will only need to:
- Identify a meaningful and relevant management problem for the students to work on, with an ideal team size of 3 or more interns.
- Provide management time (about 2 hours per week) to guide and advise the teams, so they can deliver actionable outcomes.
- Provide office space for 8 weeks, through May and June for the intern teams.
Additionally, you are under no obligation to hire the intern, after his/her internship.
