Primary Role
The Associate Field Officer Will Be Responsible For
The Associate Field Officer will be an integral part of our projects working hand in hand with the team in designing and building solutions that address our customer needs and create measurable social impact.

Problem Solving and Analysis

• Identify and create multiple solutions for the problem in hand using different thinking approaches
• Structuring and performing analysis, synthesizing the information to share key insights, form new hypotheses
• Conducting rigorous secondary and primary research, to uncover the insights that support our recommendations to clients
• Share the insights effectively in team and client meetings and work with the team to translate insights into recommendations and plans
  

Operations

• Support the operations of the project/ program, including managing logistics and coordinating with multiple teams
• Engage with the client teams on the ground to effectively implement the programs, ensuring focus on impact first
• Creating reports, tools to inform the effectiveness of the project, on-ground efforts
• Supporting the team in project management, delivery and in conducting field research.
• Maintaining and recording all key documents associated with project management, planning and closure
• Work with the team to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and consistently deliver high quality documents
• Support in documentation of learnings and potentially creation of reusable knowledge from the project.
  

Stakeholder Management

• Work with the Consultant closely to understand complex multi-stakeholder programs and engage effectively with the stakeholders
• Communicate and manage expectations from stakeholders
• Facilitate dialogue between stakeholders and handhold to ensure program implementation
• Facilitate engagement with domain specialists in fields like technology, water conservation, data science and governance
• Develop and maintain a strong operating rhythm by conducting periodic engagements with multiple stakeholders
• Provide support in strategic decision making on various aspects including selection of technology, privacy and security around data
• Engage with government officials effectively and adapt to working in a complex, evolving environment
• Build alignment between multiple stakeholders by identifying and mitigating risks and early resolution of conflicts
• Travel across locations to coordinate between stakeholders working on ground.
  

What we are looking for
They Will Therefore Need To Have The Following Profile
The Associate Field Officer will be an integral part of a team working on designing and building solutions that address our customer needs and create measurable social impact.

• 1-2 years of professional experience in a role involving business consulting or field operations in social sector
• Strong project execution and analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in making presentation and data analysis
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness and adaptability to travel to remote locations
• Self-driven personality with the ability to work independently
• Demonstrated curiosity to learn more
  

Additional Desirable Skills

• Working in the North Eastern states
• Interacting with senior government officials and policymakers
• Conducting training sessions in water conservation
• Conducting field research
