Workshop Highlights:
. Engage in a series of exercises to become aware of your subconscious belief systems,
. Identify the patterns your thoughts follow,
. Identify the distorting beliefs (the beliefs that are holding you back), empowering beliefs (beliefs that will take you forward), behaviours, actions (next steps) you require to practice to take your leadership journey to the next level.
Workshop Methodology:
The means of Socratic questioning, self-awareness exercises, observing our thoughts, root cause analysis, pattern recognition and feedback will be employed in a highly experiential format to achieve the end outcomes.
Workshop Requirements:
The workshop is rigorous in nature, therefore the participants are required to attend it on both days.
