Under the grace of His Holiness the Twelfth Gyalwang Drukpa, the Naropa Fellowship was co-founded by His Eminence Drukpa Thuksey Rinpoche and Dr. Pramath Raj Sinha. The founders are eager to address the rising challenges of unemployment, lack of training and professional skills, and the gradual cultural erosion in Ladakh and the Himalayas at large.
Aimed at creating community-spirited future leaders, the Naropa Fellows are equipped with the skills and tools needed to successfully promote business, enterprise and civic leadership in the 21st century. The program offers an association with a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem along with faculty from across the globe and mentorship from top industry professionals.
