Intern 1: Technology Assessment-Research Intern
Qualification: Graduate/
Starting date: Immediately
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities
- Carry out qualitative as well as quantitative assessment for suitability of renewable energy technologies at the different part of the agricultural value chain
- Create a database of available technological solutions for agricultural value chain up-gradation
- Conduct primary as well as secondary research for product-market fit
- Carry out literature reviews, including identifying relevant research evidence, appraising the quality of evidence and writing up key findings.
- Work as part of research project teams and actively participate in project meetings.
- Assist in other tasks to support the work of the research team as required.
- Coordinate with different team members to understand the context.
Intern 2: Research Intern
Qualification: Graduate/
Starting date: Immediately
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Collate data and information on agricultural value chains and Support in existing projects by conducting literature reviews, including identifying relevant research evidence, appraising the quality of evidence and writing up key findings.
- Generate insight into the financial, technological, and social aspects of the agricultural value chain from the bottom of the pyramid people’s perspective
- Prepare research reports by using appropriates infographics, diagrams, maps
- Work as part of research project teams and actively participate in project meetings.
- Assist in other tasks to support the work of the research team as required.
- Coordinate with different team members to understand the context.
General Requirements for both roles
- Interested in energy access and ecosystem building
- Good communication and writing skills
- Ability to conduct primary as well as secondary research
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated and responsible
- Ability to keep to deadlines
- Ability to learn and be a team player
- Basic knowledge of sustainability and an eagerness to explore and learn more about the same
