Must have: Person with a macro picture about the function and in-depth knowledge on the respective domains. Leading the tech teams (iOS, Android, Website, SEO, R&D, Networking & Cloud, Animation & Graphics and more).
Good to have: Degree from top-notch institutions like IITs, NIT, BITS, Anna University and a few years of experience in the startup world.
CTC: 15 lacs to 24 lacs per annum.
