Job: Assistant M & E Manager with a Mumbai based non profit (2 vacancies) Salary up to 7 lakhs last date 14th Feb

One of our clients, a Mumbai based non profit is looking for Assistant Manager – M&E 

Reporting to: Manager – M&E

Responsibility:
 Develop & implement the Information Management System for Health,
Education, Water & Sanitation and Economic Development programs
 Undertake technical work related to data generation, analysis and interpretation
of the data
 Development of strategies/ protocols/Standards etc. related to data
management
 Keep track of validated data flow on regular basis among different program
verticals with specific focus on generating cohort of HHs/ Individuals benefitted
through the programs.
 Undertake regular field visit for data quality monitoring and provision of
feedback for improving quality of data
 Support the team in conducting program reviews and develop presentations and
reports
 Consolidate the finding of analysis and prepare technical report / annual reports
documents
 Organizing capacity building activities and providing continuous mentoring
support to field staff
 Take up any other work assigned by reporting manager.

Educational Qualification:
 Post Graduate / Graduate degree in Statistics/Population Sciences/Demography
or
 MBA marketing

Additional Skills:
 Drafting business proposal /Budget
 Good knowledge & skills of statistical packages for data management including
MS office

Relevant Experience : 3-5 years of experience of working in research and analysis with a
social organisation or FMCG company

Location:Rural Maharashtra

Budget: 5- 7 LPA
