One of our clients, a Mumbai based non profit is looking for Assistant Manager – M&E
Reporting to: Manager – M&E
Responsibility:
Develop & implement the Information Management System for Health,
Education, Water & Sanitation and Economic Development programs
Undertake technical work related to data generation, analysis and interpretation
of the data
Development of strategies/ protocols/Standards etc. related to data
management
Keep track of validated data flow on regular basis among different program
verticals with specific focus on generating cohort of HHs/ Individuals benefitted
through the programs.
Undertake regular field visit for data quality monitoring and provision of
feedback for improving quality of data
Support the team in conducting program reviews and develop presentations and
reports
Consolidate the finding of analysis and prepare technical report / annual reports
documents
Organizing capacity building activities and providing continuous mentoring
support to field staff
Take up any other work assigned by reporting manager.
Educational Qualification:
Post Graduate / Graduate degree in Statistics/Population Sciences/Demography
or
MBA marketing
Additional Skills:
Drafting business proposal /Budget
Good knowledge & skills of statistical packages for data management including
MS office
Relevant Experience : 3-5 years of experience of working in research and analysis with a
social organisation or FMCG company
Location:Rural Maharashtra
Budget: 5- 7 LPA
