The candidate must have-
- Master’s degree or higher in the social sciences, research methods, public health, international development or related area.
- Around 10 or more years of extensive experience in designing, planning, managing and conducting evaluations.
- Experience in the states of Assam (or the North East States), Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh would be advantageous.
