Mental health at workplace is indeed a major issue and must be addressed with effective solutions. In our years of work on mental health, we at White Swan Foundation have come to understand that a mental health friendly workplace needs to be catalysed from within the organisation. We believe that a well-trained Mental Health Champion at the workplace can: 

• Understand how mental health impacts people at work
• Hold conversations on mental health in the organization
• Use their circle of influence at the workplace to make talking about mental health easier   

We are happy to announce our first Mental Health Champions at the Workplace workshop. This workshop, curated and designed by White Swan Foundation, in collaboration with mental health experts and organizational psychologists, will give you a unique opportunity to gain a deep understanding of how mental health issues appear at the workplace, the causes, and the skills to receive and find solutions to employee mental health problems.
The champion will also receive a comprehensive, tailor-made guide that will handhold them to hold formal and informal conversations on mental health. You can find more details in the attachment below.
