Young Lives India is hiring an Education Researcher on full-time basis. Following are the minimum qualifications:

1. Ph.D., M.Phil., or Master's degree in education, anthropology, sociology, or any other social sciences;
2. Working experience of 8-10 years as an education researcher;
3. Experience in designing and conducting research studies;
4. Experience in using analytical software like Atlas.ti, SPSS, STATA, etc;
5. Ability to think through problems with clarity and deductive/inductive reasoning;
6. Ability to process vast amounts of information and generate useful insights quickly;
7. Ability to articulate research content to varying audiences in English (must), Hindi and other regional languages (preferred);
8. Ability to communicate ideas in a clear and concise manner and adapt messages to different interlocutors, including government partners, policy influencers, team members, researchers, and partner organisations;
9. Ability to generate goodwill with working partners and resolve conflicts at the earliest through transparent communication;
10. Relentless pursuit of excellence, self-reflection, and commitment to honest feedback; and
11. Ambition to make an impact on the world and leave a mark, and not just to do a good enough job.

The position requires working from the Young Lives India office at New Friends Colony, New Delhi. Salary will commensurate to skill-set, prior employment and experience.
