C. FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT & REPORTING
Create and submit proposals as required
Work with implementation teams on budgets and costing structures for donors
Ensure reporting to funders is accurate, transparent and timely
Ability to understand and analyse costs / budgets and question program spends
proposed for funding

A Mumbai based foundation is hiring for a Fundraising Manager.
Max budget:13 lakhs plus incentives
Roles and Responsibilities:
A. FUNDRAISING
Achieve realistic time-bound fundraising targets, agreed in consultation with
key staff (Program teams, Finance etc.), CEO and the Founders
Research & activate a sustainable and diversified fundraising portfolio
Manage existing donor relationships and aim for a minimum planned # of repeat
donations each year
Travel to Raigad (when required and scheduled) for all site visits / local official
events
Work on fundraising campaigns based around the annual budget
Maintain trackers for funding and records for MOUs, Proposals and databases

Experience and Qualifications: The candidate is expected to possess the following:
1. Corporate experience in hospitality/media/ BFSI in a business
development/sales / relationship mgt. role (desired)
2. Experience of securing funding for charitable or NGO activities from a variety
of funding streams (preferred)
3. Total work experience of 10+ years; exposure to the social sector / directly in
an NGO (preferred)
4. Skilled in analytics/consulting/business development/sales (preferred)
5. Excellent personal contacts and connections with potential major donors and
supporters
6. Any graduate / post graduate - management education preferred
7. Exposure to MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and basic number crunching would be
of value
