We are writing with a very special intention today, calling out to all parents and caregivers. 

As the pandemic continues to spread across the globe,  we're working to answer the most important question on many parent's minds-  How to ensure our family's well being during such unusual times? School closures, working remote, physical distancing — it's a lot to navigate for anyone, especially for parents. Our team at CAP has been working on researching and designing tools and resources that could best support you navigate through the recent challenges of parenting. We've teamed up with certified parent educators at- Parenting Matters (http://parentingmatters.in/),  to bring to you  a set of handy tips to help you parent through this outbreak in an emotionally healthy manner and exchange your experiences with other parents and experts.
