Dear All
Hope this mail finds you and your family in good health amidst the nationwide crisis in regard to Corona.
Tomorrow, on the occasion of The World Day Against Child Labour, Action Aid is hosting a Webinar on Child Labour in collaboration with SJNMPG college of Lucknow University.
The nationwide lockdown due to coronavirus pandemic is a tough time for every individual but it can have a devastating impact on the already vulnerable group, the women and young children specifically girl children. The massive unemployment and exodus of migrant workers have hit the marginalized section the most targeting women and children, severely affecting their condition in society. Children would bear the brunt of the unprecedented outbreak and economic crisis as child labour, child marriages and even child trafficking will follow in the wake of the pandemic.
