Workshop: Mantavya {Connecting with Emotions: Art Journaling Workshop} Sunday 14th June, 2020

Dear All The time where we are now a lot more happening outside of us and we are experiencing something which we never experienced before, and there must be many different emotions altogether, which we are feeling.   This can be particularly difficult for all of us to keep a check on our mental health   Fortunately, there are lots of things that we can do to look after our own mental health and wellbeing, with such intention Mantavya has created a space to Connect with our Emotions, and check what is that happening inside of us, through some Artistic Expressions.

Emotions are invisible. We can't see them directly with our normal vision. Rather, we feel them in our bodies. The same word -- feelings -- describes both physical sensations and emotions. This is no accident and we all in this time experiencing different emotions altogether. So let’s take some time to look at our emotions differently and understand them using some Artistic Expression.   We at Mantavya invites you on a workshop "Connecting with Emotions through Art Journaling" Date- 14th June 2020, Sunday Time- 2pm- 4pm Online- (RSVP for Zoom link) Group Size-10 Contribution- Pay as your wish
