We are a team of two members who are interested on working on a consulting assignment over a three month period and are committed to putting in at least 300 man-hours. It will be a remote consulting engagement.
Focus: Addressing live business issues of immediate relevance to the organization.
Objective: To develop effective and implementable recommendations that serve to support as well as augment the organization’s business or impact potential.
Problem Statement: Market opportunity assessment, new product launch and market entry strategy, growth strategy, pricing/revenue optimization strategies, marketing and sales strategy, financial planning/modeling, organizational change management.
Who are we: Economics graduates from Lady Shri Ram College with MBA specialization in finance, data science and strategy from Indian School of Business.
