FEIL Leadership Awards – Nurturing Leadership for Organizations and Most Admired Leaders in India by Forum for Emotional Intelligence Learning and Indian Institute of Public Administration Delhi

Forum for Emotional Intelligence Learning (FEIL) is holding its annual conference on Emotional Intelligence titled ‘Leadership and Emotional Intelligence Summit & Awards 2020.’ The conference being held at Indian Institute of Public Administration, Delhi on the 16^th and 17^th, January 2020 will have leading business leaders, academicians and bureaucrats delivering keynote and plenary sessions on the role and importance of Emotional Intelligent Leaders in ensuring improved and sustainable performance. It would also delve into an aspect of how emotional intelligence education in organizations can nurture leadership that enables innovation, collaboration and employee engagement.

On the 17^{th of} January 2020, Leaders and Organizations would be recognized and felicitated from organizations and academia.

Forum for Emotional Intelligence is a Non-Profit Organization and has been associated with Leadership development in India for more than a decade. It has been at the forefront of spreading emotional intelligence as concepts of practice in India and has had global thought leaders like Daniel Goleman, Richard Boyatzis, Lyle Spencer amongst others speak in the conferences. This is in pursuit of our vision of building a quality Leadership pipeline in India.

FEIL has as its member's top bureaucrats, practitioners from public and private sectors as well as leading academicians and global thought leaders from across the world.
