On behalf of Katha-CPAR, it gives us great pleasure to invite you to Katha Child Poverty Action Research (CPAR) Lab’s conference on ‘Imaginative Pedagogies – fostering the joy of learning’ among children. The conference will be held on the 14th of December 2019 from 9.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M. at Lecture Room 1, Annexe Building, India International Centre (IIC), 40 Max Mueller Marg, Lodhi Gardens, Lodhi Estate, New Delhi - 110003. Lunch will be served following the conference.
The conference seeks to explore creative, unusual and alternative pedagogical practices by educators, researchers, non-profits and other stakeholders towards fostering the joy of learning among children, especially between the ages of 3 and 12. The conference will comprise paper presentations by selected researchers and practitioners. We will also have an interactive debate and discussion on the importance of imaginative pedagogies led by our distinguished speaker with extensive experience in the field of early childhood education.
The conference will bring together individuals – in various capacities – working in the domain of alternative pedagogies with the intention of creating a network of researchers, grassroots practitioners, educators and other stakeholders. We look forward to your gracious presence at the conference.
