TL;DR: Looking for 5 amazing full time employability skills trainer.
We are looking to hire facilitators who can facilitate learning for ITI students on communication skills, critical thinking skills, basic computing skills (faster typing, emails, MS Office tools, front end web development (HTML, CSS, Javascript, React/ Angular).
Ideal Candidate:
-1-2 years of work experience
- cares about making education and employment better and accessible for all
- can teach for above skills (proficiency in any front end language/ demonstrated capability to pick it up quickly might be acceptable too, if the candidate is exceptional in communication and behavioural skills).
- Keep classrooms energetic and students engaged
Hiring for following locations:
- Delhi
- Bharatpur (in Rajasthan)
- Ahmedabad (Gujarat)
- Savli (near Baroda in Gujarat, ~45 mins hours from Baroda)
- Patan (North Gujarat, ~2.5 hours from Ahmedabad
Starting date: Asap, latest by mid Jan
Teaching hours and duration: 5 hours a day, for 6 months. There might be some additional work for class prep, lesson planning and reporting learner progress.
The project is in partnership with SAP, HOPE foundation and multiple state governments and has the roles have a string possibility of becoming fulltime with multiple patways within the organisation.
