I am Ankit and I lead Meeत (www.meetworks.in), a digital platform designed to make the job market more inclusive and transparent for youth. The core idea of Meeत is giving employees of micro, small, and medium-sized employers in India a platform to express their voice on employment experience. With early incubation at Medha (www.medha.org.in) in phase 1(Jun-Dec '19), we reached ~6000 jobseekers and ~200 employers in job markets across eastern U.P. We are now looking to build our operations and product teams that will take Meeत to the next level.
