I. Outreach, Communication & Engagement
Senior Executive / Manager - Communication and Engagement (Digital Media, PR, Admissions)
The role of the executive will consist of, but not be limited to:
· Counselling prospective applicants and helping them through the entire admission process
· Manage and Co-ordinate the interview process for applicants to the Post Graduate Programme in Development Leadership
· Managing Google Adwords, Social Media Marketing etc. - Help create collaterals-posts, posters, flyers, brochures, etc for online and offline media, Help create text/video testimonials by faculty and guests
· Conceptualising and implementing PR opportunities
· Assisting the Programme team in organising events such as convocation, orientation, webinars, etc.
Requirements
· Excellent communication skills- written and oral
· A keen sense of design and attention to detail
· Ability to work in a cross functional team
· Working knowledge of MS- office, Google Adwords, Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin
· 2-6 years of work experience; Admissions and Marketing in a higher education institution would be an added advantage

II. Continuing Education
The Continuing Education team aims to improve leadership, management practices on the ground in Social Purpose Organisations by helping build capacity of their mid-senior management, leadership talent. Over time, we will look to offer open (anyone can attend), custom (catering to the needs of a particular partner organisation) and online programmes while also looking to offer specific consulting support to build strategy, structure, systems, process and culture for our partner organisations
Manager / Sr. Manager - Partner Outreach and Engagement
Roles and Responsibilities
· Continuously build a database of Social Purpose Organisations (NGOs, Foundations, Social Enterprises, Funding agencies) and CSR departments
· Design relevant collateral to showcase the overall vision of and the work done by Continuing Education at ISDM
· Reach out to and build partnerships across different kinds of organisations for all of CE’s programmes with a specific focus on Custom Programmes, Online Programmes and Consulting work
· Continue to engage with our partners over a period of time to ensure that we are able to help change the Leadership and Management discourse in their organisations
Preferred Background
· 8-12 years of work experience with a flair for building relationships and conceptual selling
· Bright, Passionate, full of energy, high proficiency in spoken english
· Background in B2B business development, client relationship management kind of roles
· Person with experience and/or understanding of Training / Learning & Development / Consulting sectors would be preferred

Manager / Sr. Manager – Design, Development, Facilitation
Roles and Responsibilities
· Develop a deep understanding of and competence in key frameworks, perspectives, ideologies underpinning ISDM’s work in Development Leadership and Management
· Build a library of relevant content, over time, based on analysis of the key needs of Social Purpose Organisations from a Leadership, Management lens
· Design and Develop customised capacity building interventions for partner organisations based on a thorough understanding of their need – Develop / source relevant diagnostic tools to aid in this analysis; Work with external faculty, where relevant, to make it happen
· Deliver, facilitate relevant custom and open programmes on specific areas of comfort and expertise
· Provide inputs in the delivery of specific consulting assignments as and when relevant
Preferred Background
· 8-14 years of work experience with a flair for designing, developing and delivering capacity building programmes
· Creative, Innovative, deep interest in adult learning, fairly highly proficiency in written english
· Background in Learning & Development, Adult Learning, Facilitation along with experience of working in the social sector is a must
· Understanding of social issues and solutions, ground realities, government systems would be helpful

Programme Manager – Continuing Education (Open Workshops, Online Programmes)
Roles and Responsibilities
· Work with Design team and faculty to create an annual calendar of open and online programmes
· Conduct outreach for these programmes through various platforms (e.g. Social Media, Email, online advertising etc.)
· Counsel applicants for these programmes and guide them through the entire admissions process
· Manage the logistics for the programme – venue, faculty, food, payments, giveaways, certificates etc.
· Maintain all the data for these programmes in a systematic manner, analyse the data to present learnings to the larger team
· Ensure end to end execution of open workshops and online programmes
Preferred Background
· 6-8 years of work experience with a flair for managing programmes as per plan, timelines, budgets
· Attention to detail, Ability to Multi-task, High energy, Goal oriented, pleasant and cordial
· Interest and ability in managing basic social media outreach and conceptualising relevant messaging is needed
· A basic understanding of development sector vocabulary, reality of working in development sector organisations would be really helpful
