In our quest to create and nurture hundreds of SHGs and MSMEs in Telangana, in association with marquee partners, LetsEndorse is looking for Program Officers, who are motivated to boost the culture of entrepreneurship among masses. Youth agency is transformative and we seek applications from young passionates who feel strongly about livelihood generation and entrepreneurship development.
Key focus sectors of the role: Livelihood development, (MSME) entrepreneurship development, SHG/FPO formation, and sustainable resource planning
We are looking for those who:
- Are open to frequent road travels across the state
- Possess the necessary analytical and managerial skills to lead a team of coordinators and execute projects
- Have great verbal and written command on English & Telugu
- Have an academic/professional background in developmental/social sciences and preferably, with SHG/FPO/MSME formation and growth
- Can join us from 1st January 2020 or earlier
The compensation will be commensurate with the industry standard.
