Changelooms is an inside-out learning and leadership journey that identifies, celebrates, and nurtures capacities of early stage young social entrepreneurs to develop their ideas into initiatives and lead social change initiatives. The intervention aims to support young leaders in/with: Intensive Mentoring to Enhance Personal Leadership Inputs on Deep Self Awareness Systems Thinking Inputs on Instructional Design and Facilitation Resource Generation & Advocacy Access to vibrant community of over 400 Changeloomers and key stakeholders Seed Funding

Who is it for? Changeloomers- Start Up: Early Stage Social Entrepreneurs within the age group of 18-35 years running a powerful social change initiative (running on the ground for at least 6 months) working extensively on aspects of inclusion and constitutional literacy. These initiatives should also have 'young people' as a major focus group.
