I hope you are doing well. We at Indian School of Democracy (ISD) are in a very exciting phase! We just finished Democracy Express ( read about it on our Facebook page), a political learning journey with participants from 18 states. We are looking for five new team members with varied experience. It will be great if you can help us spread the word in your networks.
Indian School of Democracy has a mission to redefine public leadership and we run short and long term programs, to nurture principled leaders for politics.

The positions that we are looking for are:
Leads: (6+ years of experience + Masters)
1) Selection Lead
2) Political Partnerships Lead
3) Research Lead
Associates (1-3 years of experience)
4) Design and Communications Associate
5) Associate
It took 389 people ( and countless others on whose shoulders the Constituent Assembly stood) to create the inclusive, visionary and evolving document that our Constitution is. As we celebrate 71st year of our Republic, we at Indian School of Democracy, are looking for 5 such principled leaders, who will help us redefine politics and uphold the values of our progressive constitution.

About the team:
Indian School of Democracy is co-founded by Hemakshi and Prakhar. Hemakshi is an alumnus of Teach For India and Harvard Kennedy School. She was working with BCG before moving onto building ISD full time since September 2018. Prakhar founded Youth Alliance, a social enterprise that nurtures empathetic leaders in 2008 and transitioned out in 2018 to study (MPA) and build relevant knowledge and partnerships for ISD at SIPA, Columbia University. He is also an alumnus of Teach For India. Anita and Saurabh joined the team in 2019 and have added more diversity and fun to ISD.
