Job description
• Help in assisting & implementing in Admin policies in line with company standards.
• Help in implementing staff & Worker welfare schemes & welfare activities. Ensuring welfare amenities as laid down in Factories Act & rules.
• Organizing Various Committee meeting like Grievance Committee, Works Committee and Canteen Committee, Sexual Harassment Prevention Committee.
• To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time Required Candidate profile
• Should have relevant experience
• Should have done MSW from recognised university
• Good knowledge of Industrial Relations and Labour Laws
• Excellent communication skills
• Should have interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Should have 0 to 5 years of Experience in Garments Textile Manufacturing Unit
