Job Description/Responsibilities
Centre Manager as the Head of the SBU is responsible for Operations, Managing Team and P&L of the Centre. Expected to take the vision “Linking youth with job and career opportunities through counselling & training” forward. 

General Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Execution
Responsible for the overall execution of strategies at the Centre 

  1. Successful operations 
  1. Out-Reach 
  1. Responsible for the targeted footfall for the Centre 
  2. Develop marketing & out-reach plan to meet the target
  3. Connect with industry to create job openings for job seekers / trainees / candidates 
  4. Conduct Job fairs and other out-reach campaigns
  1. Overall candidate experience 
  1. Responsible for implementation of set processes and delivering candidate experience 
  2. Devise new processes with senior Mgmt to enhance the experience of candidates 
  1. Managing and leading the overall processes and utilization of Team 

  1. Logistics & administration 
  1. Implement budgets for the Centre 
  2. Responsible for collections at the Centre 
  3. Organise funding support from Corporates/Govt. for operational sustainability.

  1. Governance 
  1. Ensure ethical compliance in the Centre 
  2. Review, Monitoring, Reporting 
  1. Ensure compliance to set processes and policies
  2. Monthly reporting of the Centre’s performance to the Governing Council 
  3. Review and Monitoring of the Centre performance with the GM 

  1. Relationships & connect
  1. Career Counselling of candidates 
  2. Local relationships with vendors 
  1. Responsible for vendor identification, negotiation. 
  2. Ensure vendor performance and timely payments
  1. Connect effectively and maintain a strong work relationship with all stakeholders.

Candidate Preferences:
Minimum Qualification
Graduation in any field, preferably MBA (Marketing)
Preferred Experience (years)
Minimum 4 in supervisory position
Preferred Skills
  • 6-7 years of work experience, minimum 4 in supervisory position 
  • Good business acumen is desirable 
  • Excellent Negotiation, Communication, Interviewing, Analytical and Leadership skills
  • Well versed with computers, MIS & Reporting formats
  • Experience in Centre Management
  • Experience in Mobilisation, Career Counselling, Training & Placement activities 
  • Experience of organizing Events / Job Fairs 
  • Successful track record in managing superlative candidate experience in high volume recruitment process across industry verticals.
