Job Description/Responsibilities

Mobilization officer / Executive is responsible for sourcing candidates as per the Job openings, conducting workshops for Registration, executing activities for generating Walk-ins, etc. Meeting targets of the Centre.    General Responsibilities : Marketing Activities (Campaign for Data Collection / creating awareness) Identifying and Prospecting Colleges / Schools / Coaching Centres  Co-operative advertisements in association with various companies / societies, etc. Mailers to Schools, Colleges, Coaching centres, etc. Leaflet distribution / postering & bannering Setting up Canopies etc. in various locations Participation in any Educational / Career Fair /Job Fair, etc. Send proposals to Career Counselors to provide data of Students ready for employment Mobilisation: Connect with schools, colleges, vocational institutions, students, teachers  Conduct workshop and collect data Provide information on vocational guidance and career opportunities, qualities / skills required by the industry, etc. Register students / candidates / job seekers Conduct skill assessment and aptitude tests for potential career options Guide students on right career choice through group counselling Generate walk-ins in the Centre (tele-calling / follow-ups, etc.) Mobilize NGOs and other institutions for collaboration in Job Fairs and outreach services Coordinating with various sources / organisations for mobilisation for Centre drives, placement drives, job fairs, etc.  Mobilisation of candidates, based on requirement of the specific job profiles, to be provided time to time. Mobilisation of candidates / trainees under various projects executed by the CII MCCs, etc. Assist CII MCC Team in placement drives, job fairs & submission of reports, etc.

Candidate Preferences:

Minimum Qualification	Graduation in any field, PG would be preferred
Preferred Experience (years)	3 years
Preferred Skills	Prior working knowledge of mobilization is desirable Knowledge of the geographical area is essential Good communication skills Positive approach & helpful nature Good team player Well conversant with computers (excel & search engines) Good knowledge of counselling techniques
