We are based in Pune have already impacted over 3000 students across Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Meghalaya, with both Government and Private schools and are expanding rapidly.
The "City Lead" for Pune would take complete charge of all the operations of the city starting from partnerships with private schools, team management, alumni engagement and promotions. A minimum of two years of experience is necessary. I have attached a detailed JD with this mail for your reference.
About Yopreneurs : We are an education startup based in Pune on a mission to nurture future
Changemakers & Innovators. We provide Life-Skills training to school students through
entrepreneurial experiences. Our well-researched and proven framework and curriculum has
been implemented in several schools in Pune in the last one year. During the program the
teenage participants team-up to ideate, launch and manage their very own startup ventures.
Through the experience they develop critical Life-Skills such as creativity, problem-solving,
decision making, communication, collaboration and so on. Hundreds of students have
undergone this program and the learning outcomes have been very positive. We are a bunch of
11 people in the core team, who wear multiple hats and work together in a friendly, fun & flexible
work culture.
About the Role : City Leads are responsible for end-to-end operations at the city level, starting
with partnering with relevant schools to successful implementation of the program. The person
would create a team of 1-2 more people to ensure successful implementation of the program,
alumni engagement, local mentors engagement and all marketing activities, such as alliances,
events, PR etc. and gradually lead the city as an independent profit center.
Ideal Candidates : We are looking for a passionate individual with two to five years of work
experience, preferably related to the Education space. Needless to say that an ideal person
would be entrepreneurial, with excellent interpersonal skills.
