Operations :-

To drive growth in NCD projects consistently quarter after quarter-

To document and implement program-related SOPs-

To ensure the proper functioning of the Technical Support Unit -

manned by Tata Trusts and respective Technical partners-

To ensure timely monitoring and evaluation of the project and suggest mid-course corrections as and when necessary-



To travel across the country to supervise the project implementation; to identify challenges and recommend necessary fixesLiaising with Govt. and other Partners :-

To liaise between Tata Trusts, Technical partner and Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, GOI and other stakeholders (e.g. WHO, ICMR)-

To participate in all program related activities like research, scientific presentations, etc. -

To develop background pointers and analysis for meeting with Govt. officialTraining & Capacity Building :-

To coordinate the training activities of Tata Trusts with state governments and with the Training Coordinator and other officials of MOHFW, GoI; to ensure implementation of the training programs as designedMiscellaneous :-

Any other jobs assigned from time to time including preparing project proposals/ briefs/ position papers on all healthcare projects/topicsJob Specification :Desirable : Participated in a substantial way in Institutional buildingRequired : To have been a part of or led Technical Support Unit for Central / State Government in a Large Public Health ProjectQualification : MD / DNB (Internal Medicine / PSM )/ MPH / MBA / MS Experience : 12-15 years (ref:iimjobs.com)
