Role:Outreach Lead

As a part of Youth Alliance, Outreach role requires planning and executing communication campaigns- online as well as on the ground. These campaigns are the first contact that Youth Alliance makes with its various stakeholders and target audience of our work. The communication about our programs and overall organisational work will happen through this role. In a growing complex world, the role requires to continuously make sense of the world outside and align communication about what we offer. 

Your Role will entail - 

• Anchor Youth Alliance’s Social and Digital Media like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. 
• Visualise and implement Social Media Campaigns that are relevant for the cause
• Design visual materials like posters to be shared on Social Media
• Coordinate with the rest of the team for updates to be posted on the YA’s Social Media handles
• Build relationships with college societies and organisations and organize on-ground sessions
• Design and execute on-ground outreach sessions with a member from Programs team
• Maintain relationships with existing partners, colleges, organisations
• Represent Youth Alliance in various events, gatherings, conferences and share the idea of YA
• Create a long-term strategy of outreach to prospective participants for our flagship programs

 Skills and Gifts

• Is a great team player, resourceful and works with a sense of possibility 
• Is proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Mailchimp, Photoshop and other softwares of design and mass mailers
• Is equipped with designing visual materials like posters for social media using Photoshop or any other design software
• Can come up with creative content for social media
• Has exceptional written and oral communication skills in English
• An outgoing person who enjoys conversing with new people and enjoys taking initiatives
• Remains up to date with respect to various narratives of keeping an online presence 
• Can build relationships and coordinate with various stakeholders for on-ground sessions
• Is willing and keen to develop awareness of one’s own emotional, spiritual and intellectual learning process

Experience

Two to four years of experience in the relevant field. 

Where will you be?  

You will be working out of Youth Alliance’s Delhi office with role specific travel within and outside Delhi, on a regular basis. Your role will require you to travel wherever our on-grounds sessions happens, more during our program outreach cycles. 

What can we pay?

Financial remuneration will be based on the competencies.
