Job: Youth Alliance is recruiting for Engagement Process Lead location Delhi

Role: Engagement Process Lead 

As a part of Youth Alliance (YA), we see the work of finding the right participant for our immersive program more as an engagement and match-making process than a selection process. Each participant that comes in our program becomes a life-long community member and hence finding the right people at the right juncture in their journeys is an important task, which can be transformative for many. Hence the engagement process supports communication and engagement with applicants and oversees the cohort formation of the immersive journeys conducted by Youth Alliance .

Your Role will entail - 

• Setting up the online application process for the program with support from alumni volunteers. 
• Telephonic and email communication at various stages of the process with different stakeholders (Applicants, team, alumni volunteers)
• Regular engagement and follow-ups with the participants of the program.
• Forming and leading a team of 7-8 alumni volunteers who support the process. (Conducting orientation and supporting their learning through the process, feedback and closures)
• Designing communication material for the process.
• Feeding insights from the process to the program team.

• Is a great team player, resourceful and works with a sense of possibility 
• Can Communicate (oral and written) well in English and Hindi 
• Has an understanding of YA’s immersive programs and can communicate about its ideas and intentions with potential participants. 
• Is proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and working with Google Drive
• Ability to coordinate with various collaborators and community members involved in the process.
• An outgoing person who enjoys conversing with new people
• Can document the programs and processes related to the role 
• Is willing and keen to develop an awareness of one’s own emotional, spiritual and intellectual learning process

Experience

One to three years of experience in the relevant field. 

Where will you be?  

You will be working out of Youth Alliance’s Delhi office with role-specific travel within and outside Delhi, on a regular basis.

What can we pay?

Financial remuneration will be based on the competencies.
