Time commitment : instantly responsive to me throughout the day for first 2 days. as onboarding etc needed.

Join immediately. Will pay market salary. The founder reserve the right the re-evaluate 2 days post start, 1 week post start, and 1 month post start. Then will consider them full-time employed by my company
