About Swarachna School Fellowship
Milaan Foundation is seeking India’s brightest young leader for the 2020-2022 class of the Milaan School Leadership Fellowship which aims at creating innovative and sustainable models in the space of rural education in India with a focus on adolescent girls. During this experiential leadership journey, young professionals have the opportunity to make lasting changes in India’s education system at the grassroots by working in Milaan School to transform the school space into a leadership academy. The process enables one to lead as a change agent by creating a sustainable impact by working with various key stakeholders like students, principals, and parents.
What is the fellowship about?
We are looking to nurture the potential of young professionals and their leadership skills over the 2-year experiential journey. Our fellows should be problem solvers and creative thinkers. We look for the diversity in the program and invite fellows from across the country with varying levels of experience-college students, young professionals, working youth and entrepreneurs.
Who are we looking for? - Graduates above 21 years of age,- Past volunteering or work experience in any field
- Stirred by the challenges of the education system
- Passionate and keen to contribute and make an impact
