Location: New Delhi, India
iDreamCareer is looking to hire a Program Manager - Government Projects based in New Delhi. The role will require to work in one of the large scale projects with government schools, supported by UNICEF, India.
The position requires experience of managing and operating large projects in the education sector for government school students.
The role is to manage one of our projects supported by UNICEF for 15 states in India. It involves working with UNICEF, Delhi and State offices and various state government departments.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with government departments for project implementation
• Work along with UN organizations for coordination and reporting of project
• Create implementation plan, coordinate with senior management, and implement
• Implement projects at large scale in government schools.
• Reporting project development from time to time
• Create tools to track the project development
Education: No preferred education background though preference to be given to candidates who have completed fellowships program.
Core Competencies: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in high pressure with deep expertise on operating projects in education/development sector
Remuneration: Salary no constraint for right candidate
Experience/ Commencement: 3-6 years minimum proven record; immediate joining. Candidate should be willing to travel across India on project requirement and willing to work in development projects.
