Job: Arthan is hiring in Bangalore to work in livelihood and water

Arthan is working with a leading not-for-profit organisation that works in the space of accessibility, affordability and availability water for consumption, livelihood and agriculture. This organisation has a community-based approach to ensure equitable distribution of water, especially in the rural parts of the country.

The organisation is looking for individuals who:

• Have at least 2-3 years of on-ground experience working for various aspects of water, along with 3-5 years of cross-cutting experience in the development sector
• Understand the policy landscape of water in India and have worked in programmes relating to the same
• Have in-depth experience in developing/managing/leading projects at a grassroots level along with a basic understanding of hydrogeology
• Believe in the idea of impacting people who are worst affected by issues relating to water.
• Are based out of/willing to relocate to Bengaluru
