We are looking for 3 Volunteers case managers for MyHealthline by Covid 19 pandemic wellbeing task force
Roles & Responsibility
Monday to Saturday
8am to 12 noon; 12noon to 4pm; 4pm to 8pm
1) Telemedicine Case management - Coordination with onboard cases for Covid, general, or mental health cases, use the backend dashboard to assign cases and follow up for feedbacks
2) Scheduling of Training of partners like Doctors and community partners for using our platform and products for patient care and outreach
3) Capturing the leads for Telemedicine demand from partners, Facebook chatbot, Helpline number and chatbot on the website and schedule their appointments as per requirement with doctors
4) PPE kits demand and supply match, leads capturing from Helpline number and chatbot on the website, and forms on the site, follow up with leads
Honorarium - Certificate of 2 months for working as a project manager by the Covid 19 pandemic wellbeing task
Award of Rs. 10,000 to successfully complete the tenure and convert a certain benchmark into conversion for quality delivery of both patient care and PPE demand and supply
