With you being an esteemed member of our platform, we are happy to invite your Organization to be a part of the Selection process of the coveted ‘Genpact Social Impact Fellowship 5.0’.

Genpact Social Impact Fellowship (GSIF) is a, carefully curated, flagship strategic CSR programme of Genpact, in partnership with EdelGive Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Edelweiss Group. 

The year-long full-time fellowship programme deploys process excellence experts (Consultants/Fellows) in selected nonprofits to work on high – impact projects across major cities of India, in areas of Education, Women Empowerment and Skilling Ecosystems.  The Consultants make use of six sigma skills to transform existing processes, thereby bringing a systemic change in the Organization.

As a Non-profit Organization, you will be given a chance to host competent Consultant/Fellow for a year, who in turn shall work with your team to improve efficiency by refining processes and building scalable and sustainable solutions. The salary of the consultants will be borne by Genpact.

For this, you are requested to complete Level 1 Screening Form given below for download, after going through the given GSIF Guidelines document.
