About International Changemaker Olympiad™ (ICO):
ICO is an international award-winning program for schools, which gives children a platform to launch their own social initiatives solving a real-world problem in their home, school or community, whilst developing a Changemaker mindset from a young age. Children participate in teams and are mentored by ICO Mentors to launch their initiatives. More than 13,400 students from over 150 schools in 20+ cities have till now participated and launched social initiatives through ICO. ICO is run by a non-profit organization. About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate member to lead and manage the entire communications and outreach of ICO while shaping the future of the organization. The role involves everything from strategising the social media strategy of the organization and implementing it, to designing collaterals for engaging with all the ICO stakeholders (schools, students, alumni, donors, etc.), fostering media partnerships, etc. The person will work directly with the founder. There is a scope of transitioning to a full-time position.
Ideal Candidate:
Someone who is self-motivated, creative, and excited to scale social impact through the power of communications. Familiarity in working on design tools like Canva or Photoshop and knowledge of basic video editing software like iMovie, will be an advantage, though not necessary.
