About International Changemaker Olympiad™ (ICO):
ICO is an international award-winning program for schools, which gives children a platform to launch their own social initiatives solving a real-world problem in their home, school or community, whilst developing a Changemaker mindset from a young age. Children participate in teams and are mentored by ICO Mentors to launch their initiatives. More than 13,400 students from over 150 schools in 20+ cities have till now participated and launched social initiatives through ICO. ICO is run by a non-profit organization. About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate team member to manage and grow the ICO program end-to-end while shaping the future of the organization. This is an entrepreneurial role entailing everything from partnering with new schools and organizations to the successful implementation of the program, alumni engagement, marketing, working with other teams of the organization, and other daily operations. The person will work directly with the founder.
Ideal Candidate:
Someone who is self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and excited to work across different verticals of the program.
