About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate core team member to lead, manage and grow the ICO program end-to-end while shaping the future of the organization. This is a very entrepreneurial role, entailing everything from partnering with new schools and organizations to the successful implementation of the program, selection and training of mentors, alumni engagement, marketing, developing new programs for students, recruiting and managing interns to help deliver the goals, and other daily operations. The person will work directly with the founder.
Ideal Candidate:
Someone who is self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and excited to work across different verticals to build a highly impactful program for children. Remember, this is not just a managerial role, but more like a co-founder role! Prior work experience of around 2-4 years and interest in the education space will be good, though not necessary.
