Intellecap is hiring Manager-Business Consulting & Research with minimum 9-11 years of experience. Ideally having waded through the development consulting world for a minimum of 5-7 years.
Prior exposure to domains in which Intellecap works is desirable; Base of the Pyramid/Social Entrepreneurship/Inclusive Business in Asia/Africa.

Within Digital Financial Services, our focus has been in areas of incubation and transformation of FS focused entities – Microfinance, clean energy finance, MSME finance, agri finance, housing finance and fintechs. We have assisted these entities with their business strategy, operations setup, digital and business transformation, process re-engineering, distribution expansion, risk management, scorecards deployment and products design. We are currently implementing digitization for rural farmers through one-of-its-kind pilots in India
