We are looking to add a member to our core founding team who has strong interests in strategy formulation and its implementation at scale. Our current founding team consists of people from diverse backgrounds of business, marketing & tech.

An ideal candidate should have a work experience of about 2-6 years and must be from a top-tier university with a minimum Bachelor's Degree; persons with MBA are prefered. Please find attached the Job Description for more details.

About the role 

This is a dynamic role in an early stage start-up, where responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, developing business strategy, managing growth operations, and forging partnerships to build Pink Capital. The position requires balancing big-picture thinking with equal emphasis on execution and managing day-to-day tasks that go into building a successful organization. 

The role will evolve as the business grows and responsibilities might change accordingly.

Qualifications 

• Bachelors from a top-tier educational institution in any discipline. MBA from a top-tier university is preferred. 

• 2-6 years’ work experience. Any prior experience working in the social sector is desirable. 

• Strong alignment with Pink Capital’s mission of financial inclusion for everyone. 

• Entrepreneurial bent of mind with the understanding of social impact sector.
