The Role
Matific (www.matific.com) has recently started operations in India and we are looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing Specialist to drive our aggressive growth strategy in India - this includes helping us reach, nurture, convert and retain customers through a variety of online and offline channels. We are looking for someone who is creative, curious and diligent to work closely with and support our Sales team in India. This is a mid-level role with the opportunity to be mentored and coached into further development within the organisation. The role is based in India and will report into the VP of Marketing (based in Sydney, Australia). Given the start-up nature of the company, you will need to be flexible and inventive in the delivery of your strategy.

Responsibilities include:
- Plan, execute and optimise our online and offline marketing (B2B & B2C)
- B2B (school product): https://www.matific.com/
- B2C (home product): https://www.matific.com/galaxy/
- Build the marketing contact strategy to reach to target prospects
- Understands audience performance and makes recommendations achieve growth goals
- Write, edit and proofread compelling, persuasive marketing content for emails, landing pages, website, blogs, social media, digital ads, and direct mail.
- Plan and organise events, conferences, and webinars
- Generate quality leads for the Sales team and explore new ways to reach and engage our target prospects
- Develop and manage email marketing/ creative marketing campaigns
Plan, build, and manage the company’s online presence including website and social media channels.
- Coordinate with external partners/ agencies to plan activities, monitor performance and optimise investment.
- Execute and manage digital advertising campaigns including Google Ads, social media ads, affiliate marketing, etc.
- Measure and report performance of marketing activities (digital advertising, direct/ outbound marketing, content marketing, events and webinars).
**We are open to other locations too for this role.
Requirements:
- Experienced marketer with 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in fast paced organisation
- Experience measuring, driving, and improving marketing Return on Investment.
- Ability to balance being strategic while driving very tactical execution to outcomes
- Highly self motivated, attention to detail, collaborative and comfortable in building new competencies
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO and Google Analytics a plus
- An open mind and ability to quickly adapt to new environments
- An ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise and work to deadlines
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) & interpersonal skills
