Jyothi is the CEO and co-founder of a startup, Fabric Monde. Her startup was recognised by Forbes 30 under 30. She was nominated as “Top 60 women transforming India” by NITI Aayog, Govt. of India. And the list of achievements continues.

Following her passion in startup space, this is the 2nd company she started building soon after graduating from IIM Lucknow. Her 1st startup was in the education sector that finds its roots in the Jagriti Yatra. Her association with JY began is 2011 when she came as a Yatri and she recognises this as the turning point for her to start dreaming big. Since then, she remains engaged with the JY community on various projects. She was also an ERC member in 2012. She was a part of Purvanchal haldi project in Deoria which was conceptualised to create local employment and building a strong global brand of haldi.
