Job for freshers: Openings for recent graduates at a sustainability focused startup by IIT Delhi Alumni|

Hi folks, 

At Leap Club, we have been building a curated marketplace to make it simple for people to shop for food products and everyday essentials that are healthy, pesticide-free and sustainable. We strongly believe that by doing so we can contribute to creating a sustainable world and help people live healthy lifestyles while supporting responsible small businesses and farmers.

We are currently active in Delhi/NCR with a fast-growing community (read - engaged and growing customer base) and were recently covered by the likes of The Logical Indian and The Hindu.  We are a small team of IIT Delhi graduates and are incubated by Social Alpha.

In the next 6 months, we will be expanding our customer base in Delhi NCR and launch in a second city.  To be able to do this we are expanding our team. Female candidates are preferred as more than 90% of our customer base is female.

Entrepreneurs in Residence (Remote, Full time, Min 6 months)

S/He will have the same responsibilities and exposure as the founders. The person would have the opportunity to lead verticals as per their interest. This would include:

• Optimise existing growth channels & explore new ones
• Figure out ways to improve customer experience
• Streamline operations

In about 3-4 months, the person will also take charge of starting a new city for us.

Requirements

• Hands on, willing to take ownership and tolerate uncertainty that comes with working at an early stage startup
• Ability to wear multiple hats and take on roles as needed
• Be comfortable working remotely. Our entire team is remote at the moment.
• Prior experience working in startup environment is an advantage
• Interest in sustainable lifestyle is an advantage

This role would be ideal for recent graduates whose jobs have been deferred due to the COVID situation and want to get a taste of working at a early stage startup.

Customer Experience Manager (Remote, Full time)

Providing a delightful and frictionless experience to customers is one of the core propositions for us. We spend a lot of time trying to improve that -  from taking customer’s orders over WhatsApp to providing a guided shopping experience. And we can do better. The key responsibilities would be:

• Get embedded into our customer’s journey by handling incoming questions, feedback and requests
• Build a process and a remote team to scale this without affecting the customer experience. 
• Identify ways to further ‘delight’ the customers and engage with them

Requirements

• You will be interfacing the customers and need excellent communication skills
• Willing to take ownership of building a customer experience at the organisation
• Interest in sustainable lifestyle is an advantage

We see this person building and managing the entire customer experience team as the organisation grows.
