Dear all,
We, at the Prachodhan Development Services (PDS), a Section 8 company under the ESAF Group, are looking for two candidates to manage our projects in rural Jharkhand, Assam & Orissa. The two roles that we are looking to recruit for are -
1. Head of Operations (Education)
2. Head of Operations (Agriculture & Allied Services) - having worked with farmer collectives.
These are both full - time positions with no location preference as such. We are looking to build our office up in the coming year, which means that at present the individual would be working from home. Once the situation gets better, the individuals would be required to travel frequently to the project sites.
More details about the requirements for these positions have been attached with this mail. The compensation to be offered shall be based on the individual's work's experience and skills.
