About Khetee
Khetee is registered under the Trust act of India working on regenerative agroforestry based in Lakhisarai Bihar. Khetee’s vision is to make farming ecologically feasible and economically viable. Khetee’s mission is to create an Agroforestry leader who can expand, promote and create regenerative agroforestry in the world. With this vision, we have created our own regenerative agroforestry model farm on 4 acres of land. On this model farm we run a Khetee Fellowship Program to learn skills of regenerative agroforestry with experiential learning by doing at farm. We had volunteers and interns from across the world who learned this scientific approach of farming.
Currently we are running the first Khetee fellowship batch with 10 fellows which is going to complete in Oct, 2020. After this we will start a second fellowship batch with 30 fellows in Oct, 2020. Fellows will be across India and they will stay for long a year and will learn by doing at farm.
Khetee Fellowship Program
At the heart of the khetee intervention is the promotion of Agroforest and natural farming. Natural farming, a farming system that uses the lives of soil to develop resilient, productive and ethical agriculture systems. We have developed an Agroforest farm based on the idea of natural farming in the village Durdih. We are taking different steps to promote the idea of natural farming and raising agroforest. In this direction one of the interventions by us is the Khetee Fellowship Program.
Khetee Fellowship project is designed to guide people on Agroforestry to help them develop farms and promote the message to the larger community. As a fellow, they get a stipend and support on diversifying their livelihood, training on the model of agroforestry and leadership skills. Our vision is to mentor them to become catalysts for the promotion of sustainable agriculture practices.

3. Curriculum design for fellowship
We are in the process of planning for a new batch of fellowship. For this we are working on revising old planning. And we also need to raise funds for the fellowship. You can be involved directly in raising funds.
To do secondary research and work with the khetee team to further develop the fellowship program. We plan to design workshops on building leadership skills, workshops to promote financial literacy and enabling access related to agriculture resources. Interns can help the team in designing these workshops.

- Language : English and Hindi is necessary.
- Education: Pursuing Masters in any stream or completed Graduation.
- No work experience required. Here you will learn everything.
- Writing skills must be good, because here most of the work would be about writing.
